Criteria for Commission Member Selection
1. Faculty members are expected to possess the expertise and experience relevant to the commission's responsibilities.
2. Key competencies, such as time management, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility, are taken into consideration.
3. Commission assignments are distributed fairly and as evenly as possible, considering the workload of faculty members.
4. To avoid prolonged service by the same individuals, commission memberships may be rotated periodically.
5. Volunteers for commission roles are prioritized, but appointments may also be made based on institutional needs.
